TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE:

Method of payment: We accept payment by cheque or bank transfer.
Orders will be processed upon receipt of this completed order form and payment.
Tickets will be sent to the address indicated by the customer on this form.
Cheques should be made payable to Parc des Félins.
Tickets will be sent by recorded delivery with the corresponding invoice.

New: take advantage of our dematerialized ticketing service, create an account, buy your tickets (minimum 20 tickets all inclusive) pay by credit card or bank transfer and receive your dematerialized ticketing service directly in your mailbox.

TICKETS VALID FOR 1 YEAR FROM DATE OF PURCHASE ON ALL OPENING DAYS.

TWICE AS MANY ANIMALS WITH THE TERRE DE SINGES OPTION
-Add the Terre de Singes tour option to your ticket and double the number of animals to discover. The Terre de Singes tour is located opposite the Lumigny Safari Reserve (700 m walk between the two sites – free parking on both sites).

PERIODIC TICKET EXCHANGES (Valid for hard-copy tickets only)
-Tickets must be returned within one year of their expiration date.
-Tickets can be exchanged (excluding catering vouchers) for a ticket of the same type for a new order of a minimum of 20 tickets (adults and children combined), plus an additional charge (€2.00/ticket) to cover reprinting costs.

THE 2024 CATERING COUPON 2024

Accepted at all catering outlets, the “Coupon-Restauration” can be used as a payment voucher. Two different face values are available: 15€, 20€ & 25€.
