Article 1: Field of application
Entry to Lumigny Safari Réserve, whether as a group or as an individual, implies unreserved acceptance of all the provisions of the present regulations.
In the event of failure to comply with one or more of these regulations, the Management is entitled to ask any offender to leave the park immediately and without compensation.
Furthermore, the park declines all responsibility for any damage whatsoever to property or persons resulting from non-compliance with the present regulations.
Article 2 : Implementation of these regulations
These rules are enforced by park staff, who are empowered to issue instructions to visitors to ensure compliance. In the event of non-compliance with these rules, and in particular where the breaches observed jeopardize the safety of persons and property, park staff will decide whether or not to expel the offender(s).
RULES APPLICABLE TO VISITORS
Article 3 : Circulation
Within the park, visitors are asked to circulate only in the park’s public walkways. In this respect, visitors are asked to respect access restrictions to areas protected by a fence, barrier, chain, gate or any other protection indicating that the area is not accessible to the public, or marked “prohibited” or “private”. Visitors are also asked to respect all safety signs.
Article 4 : Children
Park management strongly recommends that parents do not leave their children unattended. Failure to do so will invalidate the park’s liability.
During their visit, whether as a family or in a group, children remain under the exclusive care of their parents and/or guardians, who are asked to ensure continuous supervision.
Article 5 : Outfit and Behaviour
Visitors are kindly requested to maintain proper attire throughout their stay in the park: they are also asked to refrain from going bare-chested, and in general, from any form of indecency or public decency.
Visitors must also refrain from disturbing the peace and quiet of other visitors through hostile or excessive behavior. Park staff are responsible for ensuring this, if requested by other visitors.
It is strictly forbidden for visitors to :
Try to excite or frighten the animals present throughout the park;
Feeding or touching animals in immersion enclosures;
Leave the visitor paths or climb over safety railings;
Climbing or scaling decorations such as statues, rocks, benches, trunks, etc.
Damaging vegetation (leaves, branches, flowers);
Throwing objects on the ground or at animals;
Smoking or vaping inside immersion enclosures;
Bringing food or drink into the immersion enclosures;
Use sound-emitting equipment (whistle, radio, loudspeaker, etc.) in the park;
Introduce balls or other outdoor games;
Bring bicycles, scooters, etc. into the park;
Make films or photos for professional use without authorization from the management.
As Lumigny Safari Réserve is not a place of worship, prayers are not permitted on the grounds. (parking included)
Article 6 : Animals
Access to the park is forbidden to all pets (dogs, cats, etc.). Guide dogs may only enter the park outside the immersion enclosures (they may not enter the magot enclosure or the psittacine aviary).
Article 7 : Parking
Parking takes place at the vehicle owner’s own risk. The park cannot be held responsible for any damage to vehicles for which it is not responsible. The park recommends that visitors check that their vehicles are locked. Visitors are strongly advised not to leave valuables in their vehicles.
Article 8 : SANCTIONS AND CALLS FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS
In the event of non-compliance by the public with the provisions of the internal regulations or emergency plans, the authorized personnel of the establishment may arrange for law enforcement officers to evict the offenders, provided the latter refuse to leave the establishment voluntarily.

Article 9 : PICNICS ARE NOT PERMITTED INSIDE THE PARK
Suitable areas and lawns are provided for this purpose and are accessible from the parking lot.
Please keep the park clean and do not throw paper or cigarette butts on the ground.
Please use the garbage cans.
